To reduce the number of homeless and
euthanized pets,
Cornelia offers
free spaying/neutering for pets whose humans live inside city limits!
Applications are accepted Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Cornelia City Hall.
To provide services to those least able to afford them, eligibility is based on gross household income and the number of people in the household*. All the pet owner has to do is complete the application, get an appointment date & time, and take their pet/s to the participating clinic. There is a $10 deposit per animal to reserve the appointment.
